RULES & REGULATIONS
Indemnification Agreement
I (we) certify that any dog listed on this application is at least 4 months old, and has been licensed, de-wormed, and vaccinated as required. I (we) further certify, that for any dog listed on this application, I (we) agree to defend and hold Dog designs by Dana harmless for any and all liability that may result from my/our negligence.
I (we) futher agree to defend and hold Dog designs by Dana harmless from any an all liability that may resutt from my/our negligence and any and all liability that may result in my/our dog(s) behavior. I (we) also agree to defend,indemnify, and hold Dog Designs by Dana harmless from any and all such claims of any kind, type, or nature arising from, or connected with the use or misuse of the admittance key issued in conjunction with this application for Dog Designs by Dana "Bark Park" privileges. Such indemnification shall include all legal defense costs of any kind or nature, either rightfully or wrongfully brought or filed by any person or party.
Other Conditions for use of
Dog Designs by Dana "Bark Park"
Use at your own risk.The owner/handler is responsible and liable for the actions and behaviors of their dog(s) at ALL times.You must register your dog(s) prior to entering the park.(This includes an evaluation of your dog(s). Please call (863) 314-9883 for an appointment.
*Parking allowed only in designated area's ONLY.Do-not block any driveway,walkway,or another vehicle.
*Absolutely no dog(s) are to be left in a vehicle.
*Keys can not be shared...a person who violates this policy will be banned from the Park.
*Dog(s) must be on a leash prior to entering, and upon departing the park. Owners must carry a leash at all times.
*Limit of two(2) dogs per adult, per visit.
*No children under 13 years old, unless approved by owner of Dog Designs by Dana.
*Females in heat, and puppies under 4 months old are PROHIBITED.
*Dog(s) must be in-sight of their owner/handler at ALL times.
*Dog(s) who BARK excessively MUST LEAVE the park.
*Rough play is fine as long as it is consensual.
*If aggressive behavior is observed,IMMEDIATELY take action.Either move your dog, or LEAVE.
*No Food or glass allowed in the park. Plastic only.
*Shoes must be worn at all times,along with appropriate attire,for a family park.
*NO SMOKING,and NO ALCOHOL on the property.Violators will be banned from the park.
*Clean up after yourself and your dog(s).Waste containers will be provided...PLEASE,put feces in designated pail ONLY.
*The "Red Zone" area is restricted to dogs with socialization issues ....only one dog ,or multi-family dogs allowed at one time.
30 minute intervals when another is waiting.
*"Red-Zone" dogs are not permitted to hang around any area of the park where other dogs may be present.
Please let it be known to others a "Red-zone" is present when entering, or exiting the "Red -Zone" area.
I/WE HAVE READ THE CONDITIONS EXPLAINED IN THIS APPLICATION AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THEM.I/WE ALSO UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THAT THE RULES MAY BE CHANGED ,AND THOSE CHANGES WILL BE POSTED IN THE PARK.I /WE ACKNOWLEDGE A REPLACEMENT KEYS REQUIRES A PAYMENT OF $10.00.LOST OR STOLEN CARDS TO BE REPORTED IMMEIDATELY.
