MEMBERSHIP DUES
Registration fee per dog: One time charge..... $20.00*
This includes a Temperment Test. Upon registration, you are to bring current shot records and a wellness
evaluation from your vet. You are responsible for de-worming. Flea and tick control is required.

All Therapy and service dogs are FREE of charge, prior to approval of owner. Must purchase key card. Fee for key card: $10.00
* All registrations are made through appointments PRIOR to visiting the Bark Park. If your dog(s) pass
the evaluation ,you may enter the park immediately during Park hours.

Why do we charge to visit Dog Designs by Dana "Bark Park"?
Unlike municipal parks, The "Bark Park" is a private recreation area. We receive no money or
support from any goverment or other groups. We have significant expenses, such as improvements to the property,
security, maintainence, pest control, and salaries. We try to keep our dues as low as possible, since we do not
want anyone to be denied use of the park due to finacial limitations. However, the more money we take in, the more
we can invest in our facility.

Monday through Saturday, 8:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M.****
Sunday, 8:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M.****
**** Park can possibly close for emergencies.
